Early 2002, the management has decided to change the
company’s name from ‘Bernard Brinkers Sweet Spreads from
Holland’ into the original, more than 100 years old name
‘Brinkers’, including the original logo. This change
illustrates the traditional values that the company is so
proud on.
At the same time, a specific Production Division within
the Brinkers-group was created, enabling the company to
have an even more responsible and thorough attitude
towards the manufacturing process.
Another development within Brinkers, closely linked to the
company’s corporate identity, is the production and
marketing of organic spreads. Brinkers was the first
chocolate spreads producer being active in this very
specific segment of the market.
Organic food stands very
close to Brinkers’ philosophy on integrity in dealing with
environmental issues. |
