BRINKERS FOOD PRESENTS INNOVATIONS AT SIAL 2006
Brinkers Food, the Dutch specialist in chocolate spreads
was very prominently represented during this year’s SIAL
in Paris. In the spacious, colourful and very well visited
stand, the company presented its latest innovations in
chocolate spreads.

CHOBA
One of the most exciting innovations during the SIAL was
the re-launch of the well-known CHOBA-chocolatebutter.
CHOBA, already on the market since 1946, was presented in
a completely new design. In stead of the old alu-foil wrap,
the product is now available in a beautifully styled tub.
The SIAL organisation has chosen CHOBA for the SIAL
2006 Official Innovations Selection, a selection of the
most interesting innovations during this SIAL.

The new packaging creates also new opportunities for CHOBA
in the international marketplace. This was clearly proven
during the SIAL, where many, especially European multiple
grocers, importers and distributors showed their interest
in the new product. Coming spring, CHOBA will be
introduced in an Organic version as well.
ORGANIC CHOCOLATE SPREADS
Organic chocolate spreads are a very important segment
within Brinkers’ wide assortment of chocolate spreads. Not
only in Holland, but also in amongst others Germany and
England, Brinkers is the most important player in the
organic spreads category.
During the SIAL, Brinkers presented the new range of
organic duo-spreads, also available in drinking glasses.
